3 pts very welcome and in the end deserved over a club that did the double over us last year.
Slow start against a fast front line and errors up the field and the wet ball shot not held by Wright left us a goal down.
After about 15 mins we seemed to up the tempo and not play every ball out of the back (surely Adam this has got to be the flexible approach) and started to take more control leading to Dan's headed equaliser.
Second half going fine with some important subs ... good through ball from Barry to McBride for a fine finish.

Held on fine for their late push and probably should of had a 3rd when through.

3pts at Weymouth would be great on Monday.

Great win and good not to dwell on Tuesday’s result. Weymouth on monday will be very tough. They’ve not had a good start to the season and will be desperate to get off the mark. Expect a battle..

What a cracking match. Aveley came out looking the quicker & stronger but the boys fought back and got the three deserved points. My man of the match was Dan Quick.
