I think I'm right in saying you can't have full time team in the isthmian league if this correct then it back to square one another complete new team what mess

Why would that arbitrary restriction exist. There are clubs in the Isthmian that having thriving academy set ups linked with college courses. Some young players train four days a week which is akin to full time. No problem at all. The core of the Hastings side that played you recently was based on this principle
