Tonbridge looked like the full time team they are part time play on the same surface as we do can field 4 subs we have a squad of 20 yet can only put out 2 subs this is awful

Almost expected that result. For sure massive injury list but why given supposed coaching and full time effort. If part time operations can maintain more fitness and players fit then the work being done at the boro isn't up to scratch. Watched some videos of the owner and he comes across as a david brent type figure...not sure he really knows what he's doing in general let alone run a football club. This isn't working out well so far at least

Why do we get so many injuries Tonbridge have the same playing surface and no doubt train on it they were fitter faster they have a very experienced manager sack our manager we were conned at the start of the season what has happened to the journey it didn't exist this probably is the worse team for many years

We were competing well in the first half the goal on half-time was a killer. Second half was a different story, the belief to get back into the game was missing, the lads put the effort in, but played like individuals. Iinkup play between the forwards was notably missing, after Saturday positive result this was a real sickner after all, it was almost the identical side that performed so well. It's clearly obvious with the investment into this club we need to at least stay in this division, and with a large squad on full-time contracts, I would be a little worried.

The injuries are a problem never had so many injuries they will always happen but not at this level The main problem with the team is to many inexperienced players unless experienced is added soon we are going down Tonbridge looked a well balanced side experience and youth and well organised this is what an experience manager will achieve we have not got that

Was thinking how different it would be with Leon, Shilo, Paxman, Clarke and Barry but then we’ve had them available before and results have been poor. Clearly really difficult circumstances with such a depleted and young squad. I agree as the game went on we lost our shape and the various switches seemed to add to this. Not a lack of effort, I thought we were the more physical side this time. Personally I’d like to see the manager stay until he’s had another go when players return. Promotion is out of the question now so the task must be to secure our place in this league and build something for next year.

Really starts from the top with brent and filters down...seriously he's ruining the club with his nonsense for the birds approach. All that social media stuff is fine but not without performances on the pitch. Then lots of players aren't even making it onto the pitch. Amateur stuff for supposed professional set up. Brent trying to 'belief' his way to success is just folly. Things could work out but it's been proven brent is just a chancer. Eventually good personnel could help but owner is a clown

So it would appear that it’s just another season of just going through the motions of attempting to stay in this league. Nothing changes. Sorry but I’m fed up with staving off relegation or just being orsorans once again. It’s just remaining static and it’s just not good enough !

The owner is clueless about football he won't sack the manager because he won't admit he made a big mistake in this appointment

Sorry but I’m fed up with staving off relegation or just being orsorans once again. It’s just remaining static and it’s just not good enough ! To be fair, we had been at the right end of the table for the past two/three seasons, but we seem to have moved back to where we were in 2019.. I wasn't expecting the promotion challenge that some people were sure we'd mount, but I was expecting us to be a bit more competitive than we've shown. I have to say that I've been underwhelmed by the quality of football so far..
