The worse team we have had for years and not likely to improve no motivation Beard must go him the players and the new owner have ruined a good community club we need at least another 33 points to survive

I am a new supporter of the club moving from just outside London and supported a mainly championship club for 40 odd years I moved to the harbour area of Eastbourne this time last year, and have supported the sports since then.
What surprised me the most is the physical nature of this league and poor standards of referee's you get little protection and lots of things are let go ie Dartford.
Mark and Simon have assembled a very skillful side which are generally young but very lightweight for this league maybe the type for the beautiful game and has been very unlucky with injuries, that said Mark needs to get a tune out of them very quickly, or the owners will have no other option but the cheque book.
There's sponsors to consider they won't want their branding on failure.
It's getting near crunch time! hard decisions will have to be taken very soon.
I like what Simon is trying to achieve here and obviously want our club to succeed he may have trusted the wrong people for his ambitious plan.

The model has been to get young players in and then with quality full time coaching develop them to twice the players they were before. Alongside this, with a top fitness coach and good nutrition taking - experienced players whose clear quality has previously been undermined by injury and again taking them up to another level because of this professional set up. Both parts of this model have turned out to be much harder than envisaged. Is it that the plan was flawed or that the coaches brought in to implement it have not been good enough? I just hope lessons can be learned. The owner has continued to invest - bringing in another coach, a more experienced striker (hoping he returns soon) and now another defender. If this project is to work the investment has to continue. I agree with all Martello’s points, it is crucial that the season picks up significantly to maintain sponsorship and get some kind of momentum.

Another bad one. Players are being hung out to dry with square pegs in round holes. The owner has a lot to answer for. The model attempted of course makes sense as it's the approach anyone should take. The implementation has been flawed. Social media posts and attempts to fake it til you make it cover up inept efforts. They have to get it right on the pitch or its just all a mess otherwise

Mark Beard was given very little time to assemble a competitive team/squad for this division of course there are some that haven't worked out, for what ever reasons his own son sam came to the rescue and is a credit to Mark and is just the sort of player we need in the future, perhaps the owner has all ready factored that in, and given him the time to get his injured players back.

i was in attendance last night with about 30 or so loyal supporters who made the trip re the match we started well and played ok .. the turning point was the penalty it seemed to knock the teams confidence and second half we just huffed and puffed never really ever looked like getting back in it Maidstone hardly broke sweat added another and coasted to victory....i always over the years admired our effort and commitment win lose or draw i cant currently say the same about this seasons performances and am worried that if we dont start picking up points soon we will cut cut adrift in bottom four the next two home games are vital we need a minimum of four points... you have to be so careful glance at the division below Concord Dulwich Cheshunt all rivals last season now finding it just as hard to make a impact ...worrying times ,,,

The players don't seem to have the fitness which is surprising considering they are full time it must been from ,training, method and lack of game plan some of the players do not know what there positions should be and lack of motivation from the bench
