It great the manager is giving I formation only wish he would choose a less noisy environment ie dressing room it would make .listen easier

So Hayward’s Heath said their manager Jay Lovett was leaving to take up a full time position at EBFC. A week on and there has been no EBFC announcement and we continue with Mark Beard as manager. Is Jay Lovett really on his way and what will his role be? Director of Football? Part of the coaching team?
