Very honest assessment by the Manager in his interview, so fair play.

Says it all when he mentions that some of the players looked like rabbits in the headlights pre kixk off.

this was evident from the first minute. What do we expect when we are picking a team thats so inexperienced.

Why didn't the manager sign experience players the owner wants big things you can only do this with a good mixture of experience and youth which we are lacking and not to sign injuries prone players

I’m hoping the first 3 games can see a more humble approach from the club. YouTube videos that pretend these guys are celebrities don’t cut it when you aren’t getting results. They haven’t achieved anything YET

I agree to an extent, we're still some way off the finished product, although I understand why the club is putting out videos like these.. it gets all players involved, makes them feel a part of something. Family feel etc. I'd like to think that when it comes to game day all the antics are put to one side and the players put in an almighty shift - promotion isn't won on hype and fanfare after all.

In my opinion we should havev kept the nucleus of last season squad add extra full tme players but the owner wanted a fresh start which has so far not worked we must get a good result this Saturday or else the gates will plummet

Nothing to worry about, if we would have won the Aveley game we wouldn't complaining no matter how bad we played. We played a really young side against an experienced physical side. I'm sure there will be a reaction on Saturday against Bath. Bath list 6-2 yesterday. So we must take advantage of that. One loss doesn't define a season and considering the circumstances and what Beardy said in his interview, it was only going to go one way.

We had to rotate the squad, but yes I do agree we should have gone more experienced

I can't make Saturday due to Airborne, I suspect the attendance might be lower than usual unfortunately

Iam no happy clapper but its just 3 games into a long season I think the home games offer a good family experience we might take more then this season to get promoted it's looking like a very tough league

We go on about lack of experience, whilst it was the youngest player in Bridgman who was the only player who looked like making anything happen going forward .... just my opinion

Let hope we haven't got to many injuries and the the manager starts selecting the strongest eleven if not we won't get a side which gels and be a team instead of eleven individuals
