Very experienced at this level and has also played a high level this is the difference from D Bloor Playing at a high level doesn’t necessarily translate to being a successful manager - take Frank Lampard, for example. There are quite a few top bosses with very little (if any) experience of playing at a high level. However, I think Mark Beard shows promise and comes highly regarded, so I wish him the best of luck and hope he’s a success here at Boro. I’m still convinced Danny Bloor had the tools to achieve promotion and still not happy with how this was handled, but you can’t change the past. |

Everyone on twitter seems to speak very very highly of Mark, as well as several big figures in football. This is looking good, time will tell though

The Man City of the non- League lots of clubs will be happy to loan good young players in the knowledge they will be well looked after, great for the short term and build a strong team around them COYS
