Agree some changes needed but don't think there is a magic wand solution. Relegation form at the moment.

All we hear is ‘ train hard Tuesday, train hard Thursday. It’s what you do on the pitch that counts. If we are training hard then why is it not replicated on the pitch. I still maintain we have some good quality players, so there’s either a mental block when they step over the white line or the coaching staff are not up to it.

Agreed paulfrake the same story from Mr Bloor every week I now think a change is urgent as the players are not responding someone is needed who has experience at this level or above

Maybe concentrate on football rather than boxing. Also note that managers who have experience at this level or above and have success don’t get appointed. |

There is an old saying speculate to accumulate our chairman needs to start thinking this way but I doubt if anything will change
