1810 crowd gave a great buzz to the ground. A good effort from the boys and I think the result is a true reflection of our standing in this league. On their day Maidstone now can be the best in this league and we are just a little behind which is no surprise bearing in mind the difference in finances etc.
As far as the performance of our team I think it was clear that the introduction of Whelps and Gravata made us more of a threat. Walker i'm afraid is getting past his sell by date and I would have Elliot back at RB a use Nippard in midfield.
Don't like loosing but it was a good game and a big occasion in recent times for the club.

At 1-1 it was definitely game on, but Stones upped the gears and the 3rd goal did for us.Great crowd although I suspect 1200 were from Kent

Losing 3-2 to a team like that was no bad thing - their centre forward was different class and i suspect he will be off to a league side soon

Funny how some people post on here when we lose but rarely when we win

We are still in the playoffs and I for one would have bitten my arm off at the beginning of the season to be in this position so well done to the lads and Danny

The Stones fans were pretty complimentary on their forum, Boro were one of the toughest sides they had faced. Another tea bar could have been opened but hopefully this will be noted

Having looked at the Maidstone form it would be nice if our supporters would write on our form maybe Maidstone club gives more encouragement to their supporters

I have seen some of the Maidstone forum comments in the past, especially about previous managers/players etc and trust me some of it had to be read after the watershed!
