I have it on good authority that Tony Hylands is leaving in the club at the end of trhe season. I think he has done a excellant job and we should all say a big thank you. But the question is wwho is going to take on the role and who would be a suitable candidiate to carry on the task. I also understand that there are cracks beginning to show. be interesting to hear your thoughts.

Shame if its true about Tony going as he seems to have done a very professional job. He seemed to handle things especially well during the run up to the Oxford game. Now what are the cracks that you mentioned? Problems amongst the committee or the direction to take the club forward?

I was told this story last night, from a very reliable source. Tony is hanging up this computer for pastures new. All the Very Best TONY, Good Luck, hope to see you at some matches next season.

Tony'll be a hard act to follow; judging by all those full advertising hoardings around the Ground, and by his enthusiasm for The Sports.

Totally agree he's doing great job very professionally. Would have thought it very difficult to replace him as it's a bit of specialists position. Just hope we did everything possible to keep him.

At the end of the day this has been Tony's full-time job since he joined us from Brighton. He has got to be ambitious in that he needs new challenges and I am sure he will find them elsewhere.
As previously remarked he has done an excellent job at Priory Lane and he goes with my best wishes and a hope for somebody with the enthusiasm and local knowledge to carry on the good work.

When he's gone the club can invest in a new microphone!!
