Acording to the Sussex Express Jay Lovett having been released by Lewes has signed for us. Can anyone confirm?

Seems to be correct, he's a very good player. Lewes are quite upset at his release.
Didn't Crawley sell him to Brentford sometime ago for a rather large sum?

Not sure about the size of the sum but her certainly went from Crawley to Brentford and then to Farnborough before joining Lewes. I've seen him on a number of occasions for Lewes and have always been impressed, a good quality attacking fullback.
Still only 28, in my opinion a really positive signing.

Don,t get your hopes up, according to the Lewes site Jay has gone to Bromley, to join Kirk Watts.
But no confirmation on the Bromley site so far?
