Why? Because of a football match? Wrong choice of words I think. The word that the comittee, players and fans will use is frustrated.

Dave (Bognor fan) What was the point of a Bognor fan , cut copy and pasting the postponment details from the official Eastbourne Borough site. ??

Games at Histon, Yeading, Hayes, Welling and Bishop's Stortford also off apparently, with an inspection at Farnborough. If Welling is off then things must be bad - the Park View Road surface is one of the best in the League usually ... along with Bognor, naturally Interesting that there are a few comments from supporters of other CS clubs on the forum stating that they have a backlog.

If Welling is off then things must be bad - the Park View Road surface is one of the best in the League usually Before any other Smart Alec corrects me, I'll do it myself: I forgot that Welling's 'home' match was being played at Dartford's new ground this evening due to floodlight problems at Park View Lane. Not unusual for a new pitch to fall foul of bad weather, but this particular playing surface cost £600,000 and is semi-synthetic! If we're supposed to be embarressed, imagine how the Directors at Dartford must feel!
