Borough Bonanza

I was lucky enough to win a prize (only a small one, no begging letters please!), on the Bonanza a week ago. I could find no-one to claim it from however. I was directed to various places eg the bar etc, but no-one there to sort it out.
I know some of the officials of the club by sight and still met this problem (still not sorted) so how difficult would it be for a visitor to claim a prize?
