QUOTE FROM THE HAVERHILL ROVERS WEBSITE "VOTE FOR BENSTEAD ! Rovers goalkeeper Arron Benstead has been named as one of the five nominations for Player of the Round at TheFA.com for his exploits in F.A. Cup Second Round Qualifying win against Eastbourne Borough. "Arron Benstead the Haverhill Rovers goalkeeper was outstanding in their 1-O home win over Eastbourne Borough, and is the nomination of Walter Gammie from The Times. The Eastern Counties Division One side achieved a big shock against the East Sussex side who had enjoyed a strong start in the Conference South this season. Benstead made two smart saves early in the game to see his side become the lowest ranked team into the Third Qualifying Round, thanks to Paul Shaw's goal." Vote for him at www.thefa.com/default.aspx." dont remember him being that godd. we played rubbish

He didn't win it, that honour went to Gary McPhee of Nuneaton Borough for his hat-trick. In fact he came joint last out of 5 with just 7% of the votes. However these types of polls can be nonsense as it just goes on how much publicity a team can get for its player.
