Much better all round display today. Most impressed by Pat Harding and his high work rate and IMO has to be Boro Man of the Match. We took the game to Braintree and kept up a good level of pressure through out the 90 mins. Yes, Braintree did break thru from time to time but our defence and midfield were def at the races today. Although i have picked out Pat for a special mention, the whole squad gave good accounts of themselves. Andy Atkin very unlucky not to add to our tally, denied by a very fine save from the keeper. Adam Wilde seemed to slip in on the left nicely too. Gutted to concede a sucker punch equalizer from a free kick, but a point away from home is better than being empty handed.........
It was also an added bonus to see Matty Crabb on the pitch with the squad, kicking the ball around.... One the mend by the look....
