For those not travelling, we have full live commentary from Ebbsfleet on BBC Sussex. You can reach it via the BBC commentaries page, and I think we are also on the BBC Sussex iPlayer. It's a game that still matters. Ebbsfleet need the play-off points, and Borough, I know, are determined to finish the season strongly. I saw them train today and they are just as full of football as they were back in the autumn. Post mortems on the variable form are for another day. For now, there are still three more chances to give a platform to this committed and talented side. I wouldn't be surprised to see one or two Academy players introduced to the first team squad - and I wouldn't be a bit surprised, either, if the youngsters raise a few eyebrows. Safe travelling if you're heading to Stonebridge Road - I'll see you either there or on the airwaves... www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/13629210(We also have a Sports Special on radio from 2.00pm 104.5 FM, centred on Albion's trip to 'Uddersfield)

Wasn't able to get there or listen in today but from the post game interview i caught on bbc sussex it sounds like it was men against boys, being down to the bare bones and against a side still in the play off places was going to be difficult. 5 defeats in a row is not good and had some of those losses been wins who'd know what could have been. But onwards and upwards, HandY on monday and they aren't safe yet, it'll be a good game i'm sure, the visitors need the points and we've got players that need to convince tommy they was to be here next season and youngsters that want to impress..... Bring it on!

I wouldn't say it was men against boys, there was some decent performances out there today, if we had come away with a 0-0 it would have been a good result. We have to be realistic, they have cherry picked players from various clubs & have the budget to do that. We were lacking any real cutting edge up front today but i think we matched them all over the pitch, yes disappointing to lose but i came away thinking at least they had tried, which may have been lacking in a couple of recent games. I think a long hard season has caught up with a small squad of relative youngsters, Stacey long was a starter every week near enough for us, for them not even in the squad. Lets wait & see what is left from the squad next season, if not many of the lads i thankyou for your efforts this season & wish you all the best for the future. As i have said befor, be careful what you wish for as if this squad is broken up the revolving door will be back with a bang

Defence pretty sound last night ,superb clearance off the line from Cole very early on , Tallack did the same in the first half ,Ross made a wonder save ,not much wrong with the defence ,lacked a "boss man " in midfield and some invention ,up front we have not really replaced Andy Atkin ,our main goal scorer is still Simon Johnson and he scored most of them before Xmas ,if you have no one getting into double figures you are going to struggle ,surprised that neither Aldred or Gorman have scored a single goal as they both possess strong shots .

I think the Alfred/Gorman no goals situation is down to how they are asked to play, they are there it seems to cover the defence, many times I have heard tommy shouting at the pair to get back in position, if either get over the half way line they end up with a bleeding nose. Sometimes I think players should just be allowed to go out & play their game without all the restrictions put on them, many teams we have played seem to alternate between themselves & do very well. Johno has played in the hole most of the season & is entitled to have scored a few goals in my humble opinion
