There was an uncanny symmetry and very threatening balance gained in last nights game with the Crabb brothers, mirror image, running along the right and left wings respectively. Nathan looked the real deal out there last night. Crosses coming in from the wings, crackerjack goal from Matt Crabb on the half volley. I must also mention that Adam Wilde looked as good as he did in the last few games of last season, and scored a short curling shot into their net too. The other Boro player who definitely stood out IMO was Andy Atkin. I know he seems to be an admire him or others find him an infuriating player, but I am unequivocally a big fan of Andy Atkin. Strong, skilful and very good in the air as well as useful in midfield and defence if needed. Top Draw!!

Halleluliah!! and praise be to the Sports!!! Jim, I feel Born again...and you know what, [be]I'm so chuffed that we've got Crabbs[/be]....in our side. Was I really that dour in the past? I guess, if I was, it shows what maturity and ageing and a big dose of realism can do for you. But, having said that, I am still ambitious that Eastbourne Borough can and should push on into the Blue Sq Premier League. So, I won't be satisfied with underwhelming football from the Sports!

I wear my heart on my sleeve, so to speak. I think the Forum is cathartic....it's good therapy. I guess it is important to put your personal opinion on the Board, without fear of ridicule, but to not get personal about - posters / players / manager, etc.
