I'm shocked as the news came out from nowhere but not really that surprised as the two clubs are very close to each other geographically and not really a strong force in the league and also have the two lowest average gates in the league so it makes sense for them to merge.
Tony Kempster has Weston getting a reprieve and also more teams being reprieve and others getting promoted further down the pyramid.

I'm sure the powers that be will have the leagues all organised for when the fixtures come out - won't they?!!

Gawd knows what this means for Weston-super-Mare now! My favourite club ... not Looks like they are remaining in this division by default again. Shame it had to be them as the Hayes / Yeading merger makes perfect sense really (I wonder what the supporters think though).
