Looks like Hayes will get a reprieve. Wonder if Scarborough will do a Carshalton and try to appeal as they got relegated from Connie North and had more points than Hayes.

Must say that I think the system in unfair - Hayes had a terrible season, deserved to go down, and will get a reprieve. Other clubs have done really well in the lower league, but won't go up. I really feel that in this sort of unfortunate situation, and I wouldn't want any club to be forced out of the division due to events off the field, the fairest thing is for the next club in line to be rewarded with a promotion. That way you are rewarding effort and good play. By saving a club from relegation, you are rewarding failure and defeat. What does anyone else feel about this?

Entirely agree with you. Look at Team Bath, they finished 3rd in the Souther Premier but lost out in the play offs to Maidenhead who were eight points behind them, surley they should be given the opportunity in Conference South rather than Hayes. Although if it was Boro in Hayes position........

well yes if we were in hayes position but were not hayes is a boring place and bath aint so i say team bath should come up.
