Do you fancy having your say on what it is like following Eastbourne Borough in the Blue Square premier this season? We are looking for a Borough supporter to give us a fans' eye view for a new weekly blog on The Argus website. The blog will run alongside similar ones for Crawley and Lewes and it will be the chosen person's chance to write about anything they want about Borough – as long as it is not too abusive! If you think you fit the bill, are planning to follow Borough home and away this season, are fairly computer literate and are willing to commit to the project for the whole season then email me at stephen.hollis@theargus.co.uk with your details and a brief description of how long you have followed Borough and I'll get back to you.

Good of you to think of me, wha. Not exactly a conflict of interests, since the Argus journos are all good friends of mine (as are young Raeburn and not so young DB) and we all share the same aim of giving Borough the best possible coverage. But I will be quite heavily committed already with BBC SCR - we have major plans for fuller coverage of both Borough and Lewes, including - a 606-style blog after matches - much more non-league content during the "phone-in" hour from 5pm to 6pm - "listen again" facility on the SCR website, so you can still hear reports and interviews with Garry n Nick on Sunday or Monday - better coverage of away matches, including very often a full 90-minute live commentary on the internet
You may need to bear with us for the first week or two while the new features bed in !
Enough of the free plugs. Argus / Herald / Sovereign / SCR are all as excited as you are about the new season and we all want to do the club justice. I hope Steve finds his blogger - go on, volunteer, you know you want to...

Well I hope it is what I am eagerly awaiting nlfg.co.uk Hmmm, me too ... I got rather sidetracked with the book last season, but hope to get the new site underway soon. The new project will be another book: 'The Seaside Football Grounds of England & Wales', but it's going to take a while!

Not a ground as such but two pitches near a cliff top, that has wind that defies gravity.... dug outs on hand carts too..... Lowestoft league I believe David...
