This really is a bloomin disgrace. Not that Weston survive again, but that Cambridge have been kicked out over ground grading... They spent most of last season in a legal fight over previous owners etc, and this was a priority. To then be relegated over a ground that in my opinion was ideal for the league they are in, and better than many we have visited over the past few seasons. The fact that the new grading insists on ridiculous crowd number criteria beggars belief!! Why do clubs that attract around 3-400 max attandances need 3,000 plus capacity stadia!! MADNESS!!!!

Top post makes you wonder about the pressure out there and conflicting interests. It just makes us grateful again that we support a club that has the stewardship that we have.I enjoyed my visits to there ground and of course we had that play off victory there a couple of years ago.We were standing with ollie rowlands behind the goal and spent alot of time looking for the ball in the surrounding woods !!.As for weston I'm afraid I don't have such fond memories they have not been one of my favorite sides of last season.I wonder if in twelve months time we will be having the same post in respect of our friends down the A 27,

???Quality is one thing, regulations another and battles with owners and property developers another. Lets wait and see and keep the faith with Gary and Nick.
