The millionaires at Lewes have signed ex Crawley captain Ian Simpemba. I dread to think how much he must be on! However I think I may have the answer to their latest input of cash. On a free lunchtime at Lewes the other week I decided to see how the work was going on at The Pan. Must say quite a bit done. Anyway they have opened up at cafe open all day selling Tesco value products at Tesco finest prices!! Genius idea! Before they know it they will be making more money than ever and will be applying to their District Council for a plot of land for a new ground. I'm sure the council will be as accomodating as ever.

thing is that they seem to get through players at a great rate of knots. Is Kingy putting players in the shop window whilst they look for other clubs to help out his agent pals ?? He is hardly thinking longterm and wonder how many of these mercinaries will be there at Christmas. we had a 5 year plan for the Conference 2 years ago and I will settle for that with the fan base steadily increasing. Just have to look at Crawley and the like to see what can happen and what would happen if Lewes went up this year with only 500 supporters a week, but then again who cares

If Lewes give us a right seeing to in the League and possibly in the SSC then we'll care! Then again, there is that story of David and Goliath...keep the faith...
