Pathetic finishing again. Worthing were poor today and didn't deserve anything out of the game. But it wouldn't be a borough game without gifting them a goal would it?

How we didn’t get at least 3 goals is beyond me. Such a shame because we played them off the park and now confidence will be even lower. The front 2 really didn’t make an impact.

These players come with an excellent write up but they have not played at this level come om Mr Manager start signing men not boys other clubs can even Welling you obviously lack experience

Given we know we should have won, it’s a shame not to point out any positives. I thought Paxman was brilliant, we’ve seen how skilful he is several times but yesterday he won so many 50 - 50 challenges and then drove forwards, a good captains performance in my view. It was a shame we played so many long balls because when we strung passes together we were really opening them up. Also on a different note, before the game, it’s great having the live music and it felt like a good buzz. EBFC fans behind the goal in good voice. Had at least one of our chances gone in it would have been a great occasion and their goalie has to take much of the credit for that.

Losing when you've been outplayed is ok.. you just appreciate that the opposition were better than you on the day, take it on the chin and move on. However, with the chances we created and the mistakes Worthing committed, we just had to put them to the sword. Adam Hinshelwood's post-match comments sum it up really.. the general build-up play is fine, we just need to be more ruthless. Danny Bloor is taking his Welling side down to Priory Lane next weekend and I'm sure he'll have a point to prove. Hopefully we'll have lift-off by then..

Good some supporters need it yes everyone has an opinion but some of the stuff people come out with is laughable! People expect us to be winning 4-0 every week playing like prime Barcelona! We’re 7 weeks in and 5 points off the play offs it’s really not that bad

Just shows how tough the league is 6points between play offs and relegation! I’d rather be a glass half full type of guy and focus on the positives

The players need the fans backing - there’s no world where young players improve when the fans are on their backs - especially strikers which is undoubtedly the hardest job on the pitch. The coaches can analyse where they went wrong - we can support them

Exactly, we need to get behind the team. Its not like we've been playing awful. We've been playing well, the missing piece is the goals
