I haven’t been at the previous losses this season but was there today. I’m sure Truro will be grinning all the way home because Eastbourne were the better side but it was disappointing not to create more chances. Lots of over hit crosses and corners (admittedly windy weather). Their keeper didn’t have to produce many saves. Dominated possession and upped the pressure as the game went on. It was not a loss that left me questioning the effort of the players. Also tough to again lose 2 players to injury which then limited options from the bench.

If this is full,timeteam one of the worst team we had for to many years inexperienced players ,and,a man who not managed at this,level if you sign injuries prone players what can you expect the journey has not started

I wonder what is the new owner opinion is of his team you cannot run at this level without experience players and,an experienced manager we have neither and is shows

Really not surprised to be honest. How many times have we seen this? Big takeover, a lot of noise in pre-season.. talk of promotion (some even of winning the league) - very rarely does it work out that way immediately. Chelmsford away on monday, little expectation going into that match so what are the chances we'll come away with something??

I have been to all 5 of Borough’s fixtures and let’s be honest…..we are bang average. Underperformed in every game and lucky to get 3 points v Hampton…..felt they had a good penalty claim at the end.
Woeful v Aveley……I don’t recall a single shot on target all game.
Last two home games have been frustrating and embarrassing. I can’t take any positives from today’s game & interested to hear Mr Beard’s post-match analysis.
Admittedly, injuries won’t help the side to gel but finding it hard to see where our goals are coming from or how they can turn this poor start around.

We must get behind the players and the manager whatever happens in the next match. I really hope we can get that win against Chelmsford. But unlikely considering we couldn't beat Truro. However, every game is different.

What I can't understand they had a period to gether in Wales train together eat together yet on the field they appear never to have met each other never seem to know by what positions they suppose to be playing this should have been sorted out by now

Just had a conversation with the ceo al Williams. He stated there is nothing to worry about and it will take time.

Well he would say that. Not going to declare "we are doomed". You cannot be surprised if supporters are disappointed. New broom comes in and sweeps everything away. Big build up to the new season and then...

We have every right to complain. But we can't fully judge the team until about 10-12 games in. I guarantee the team feel a bit hard done by.

Agreed. We're clearly missing something but too early to throw the towel in.. No expectation going into Monday, let's see if the team can show grit and determination and maybe come away with something. No time to feel sorry or confused at the situation, everyone goes through tough patches and it's a test you have to overcome.

It will be typical of Borough to beat Chelmsford 1 nil then lose the next game 3-1. Hopefully we can get atleast a point against Chelmsford.
