He was great for us a few years back. He didn't play much this season, but reckon he still has a lot to offer. Good luck to him wherever he goes.

He didn't do anything on his short loan spell this season only his usual getting sent of he is a liability

I,m sure it hasn’t escaped Danny,s notice but a player by the name of Omar Bugiel has been released by Sutton United.
This guy played against us a few years ago for Worthing in the County Cup Final
Everyone at the game commented on this player, he moved onwards and upwards.
At our level this player could prove a great main striker.

EDIT: just checked and I don’t think he played at all last season due to a knee injury, so might be a bit a risk.. |

Was great in his first spell for us, but would be a resounding no for me anymore… need someone young quick and who can score a decent hat full of goals

I wasn't advocating signing Elliot just putting the info out there.BUT Ashley Barnes has left Burnley ,he may be worth a punt with all the money we MAY be getting

He'd be far too good.. You never know though, can't harm asking! (that is, if we could afford it, he'd be on mad wages..) I do think it'd probably be overkill at this level though and money could be spent better elsewhere. I don't think the new owner(s) have that much to change to be honest. We've finished 6th and 8th the past couple of seasons. Three or four accomplished players to strengthen the existing squad would make us serious contenders I should think. |

I can’t imagine we’re going to be throwing much money at player wages anyway for a while, maybe nick a few players from the league above and also hopefully less reliant on loan players |

We could always rejuvenate Charley Kendall’s career. Think this is definitely one to watch. It really depends on what he wants, no doubt he wants to test himself at the highest level. I think what we could offer isn't unappealing though: past couple of seasons competing around the play-offs and with new investment you'd like to think we'd have the means to maintain that and keep pushing forward. Could be tempting to be part of a new era at Borough? He already knows the squad too. |
