I am posting this on behalf of Eastbourne Borough Football Club CIC. This notice is also in the clubhouse and on the website.
Notification
The Directors of Eastbourne Borough Football Club CIC would like to announce that an Extra Ordinary Meeting will be taking place on Friday the 5th May at 6pm.
The meeting is for all shareholders of Eastbourne Borough Football club CIC and will be held at:-
The Founders Bar,
Langney Sports Club,
Eastbourne,
BN23 7QH.

If it requires the shareholders to attend it can only mean the board needs approval to appoint a new director, probably for
financial reasons.
Could be money in the bank ahead of next season.?

Perhaps the Eagm could also be used to explain why no recent match reports have appeared on club website.I always look forward to Kevin's informative and well written reports,even if I have attended the game.Is it possibly down to more Priory Lane politics.With reference to the website,I thought the result was 2-1 not 2-0 ,on Saturday as on our own w/site

My first reaction was, why so early ?🤔🏷 Perhaps there’s a reason for the unusual start time .  🧐🏷 Fewer members attending to vote against the proposition,🙌 what ever it may be. Time will Tell.📨 |

Yes,exciting times ahead,club,lock,stock and barrel has been sold to a private investor for over 7 figures.Apparantly huge ambition for the club.This is going to attract lots of attention.
