I Laurance Williams as Secretary of Eastbourne Boro F C Supporters Club
give notice of the 19th A G M.

To be held at the Founders Bar Langney Sports club on
Wednesday 31st May 2023 at 7.30 p.m.

All Supporters are welcome to attend but only Supporters Club
Members can vote.

Nominations for election to the Committee must have written permission of the nominee and the name of the
sponsor and seconder.
All nominations to be returned by 15th May 2023 via Langney sports Club.

Diane Wise..........DeputyChair/Treasurer.
Laurance Williams...Secretary.
Mike Holveson.......Member.

The above are "NOT" seeking re electon.
and will stand down at the conclusion of the AGM.

I should like to thank all the Committee members that I have had the Honour to work with over the last 20 years
as Secretary and Chairman.

One week to go to the AGM
There must be someone out there who at least would give it a go.
It will be a tragedy if it folds through lack of interest after 20 years.

At the end of the AGM, the motion to close the Supporters Club was again rejected as the vote was 50/50.

The second proposal to keep the Supporters Club on ice for a further 3 months was passed.

Although I am no longer the. Chairman, I have agreed to offer my services during this time and will endeavour to
help appoint. a new committee during this period.

The Chairman and CEO of the football club assured the members present that they will help in anyway they can
during the closed season.

Now that there is a new regime at priory lane and such a positive vibe it seems criminal that the supporters club is on its knees . Hope some fans can help others get to away games as the support is that extra man . With help from the club I’m sure that we can help the team on the road this season.
