Just in and freezing cold That good old adage ' a game of two halves' I thought the Sports were going to win it in the first half especially with a goal in the first minute - I thought two or more now - keep them down to one or two second half and we would have a chance - neither side could do it although Charlie missed a bang on chance in the second half So impressed by Dean Cox - he is definately a different class in this league especially in his passing and picking people out - the new goalkeeper is a revelation as well, at least 3 excellent saves So a 1-1 in those conditions I suppose was a fair result Downside - poor, poor referee - Ricay's keeper took the p**s for the entire 1st half even after he had been booked, which should have been 15mins earlier, then the hypocrite spent the second half screaming for our keeper to be booked when his behaviour was was 3 times as bad in the first half Finish on a good note - our defending in the 2nd half was great and thanks to Danny Bloor, the keeper and a couple of others for coming across and shaking some hands at the end PS - If Leyton Orient (great old name) were playing Forest Green (cancelled) - how did they end up in Eastbourne ??

Game played in appalling conditions and I thought we played better against the wind in the second half. Our lead at HT was held thanks to Franco's two good stops from point blank range and it was good he was named MOM by our sponsors. Despite the strong wind behind him I did not agree with Charlie Walker taking 2 direct free kicks from a yard from the half way line, they were completely wasted, but well done Boro. With other results going against us in midweek and today we are now in a precarious position and need to play well in the remaining games if we are to survive in this league.

Agreed doughy - funny old football, only lost once in 8 games yet in a relegation battle - 2 wins in amongst the draws needed

Another point, we‘re clearly hard to beat - just need to convert a couple of these performances into wins.. getting a little cosy at the bottom of the table.

It was a good battling performance. Agree with the man of the match- well deserved. Tonbridge is a big game on Saturday wherever it might be played. Keep battling Boro!
