3 points welcome but in all honesty two poor teams, need to capitalise on opponents mistakes which we did, but overall no the best game to watch

At last a boro home league win, probably deserved after being the better side first half. Overall a game of 2 teams lacking quality that will be battling to survive this season.

I cannot believe what I read from the comments Golfer and Rhambo have made. That was the best first 45 minutes we have played for a long time with some very good moves and possession in that time, and I would have felt Chippenham's manager must have been relieved it was only 1 0 at HT. The whole team played well, although the second half was much more even. The team certainly looked well motivated throughout and I certainly enjoyed the game. Do'nt forget these are semi-pro. players and they gave their all today. Well done to all involved.

Totally agree Doughy - when will a win get overall approval I thought we never looked like losing it and given the rage spouted when we lose I can't believe the same negatives when we win 7 points off playoffs 8 points off relegation won last 4 games on trot Not lost in last 5 in the league 9th in the form standings - funnily enough EXACTLY the same as Dartford

i agree Doughy. We were superb in the first half, but the normal failings in front of goal. What is worrying is that we cant play two halves the same. It was obvious that Chippenham a decent solid outfit would come at us in the 2nd half and there was a bit of panic after they scored. Kinda John was superb when he came on, why has he been left out in the cold this season? Overton is a brilliant prospect and should have replaced West much earlier. The team does definately seem more organised now.

My view was that we just about edged it. Nice to see KKJ play like he can but i will never get over when he thought he was superior to us a couple of seasons back then his career just stalled and he came back to us. in theory we should have a good defence but we have struggled now for a while but we must applaud Danny Bloor and the squad for recent results. Lets hope for a decent run and seeing the crowds come back to the lane.
