Finished 4-2 to Borough which means we are top of the league with a +4 goal difference already, early days but things are lookin good...

Contrary to posts on the "other" Borough Forum,Rambo did not get a Hat-Trick........he shared a brace with Alan Tait. At 4-0 up would've like to have seen Victor come off the subs bench & get a run out.
According to a "reliable"source Steve King said it was the best Eastbourne perfomance he'd witnessed. I think Francis Vines & Nicky Holmes, who were also there,must have been impressed with the first half showing.
Phenomenal 1st forty-five minutes......no long ball hoofing;used the flanks with crisp,flowing football. The Thurrock defence didn't know how to combat our attacks & had gone AWOL at times.
Hey........its looking good!!
