I see we are advertising for a new manager how are we going to find his salary? ? The way things are starting to pan out looks like it will be a substandard county league manager with the previous decisions the clubs made. Surely some of the playing staff will now leave also as they were brought in by Lee. I dread to think were we will be at the end of the season or even next season. I suspect it will be fighting towards the bottom of the league to fend off relegation. Sad state of affairs all round

Logic would say the high earners would exit first, Elliott was probably one of those , Cox another. Times they are a changing. Hopefully there will be some boardroom exits as well.

If the'board' were to resign who takes their place?,any volunteers? At last someone who thinks Misty yes the Board (who are being assasinated on here) are volunteers Which of the detractors can do a better job, because someone needs to step up if required.................... and...........everyone seems to forget it was the same Board (virtually) that got us up from Sussex league football to where we are now Let's see which of the keyboard warriors puts their hand up and incidentally to clear up another point, Sussex wasn't 'condemned' on here because he/she said they had prior knowledge - he/she was criticised for only posting when Boro lost - virtually never when they won

That’s not true Les Sussex pointed out so much in Advance that has turned out to be true, but no one was listened thought all he was doing was slagging the club off,he was merely pointing out what was actually going on at the club

Well said nonleauge if Sussex knew they must have known the financial postion but failed to take action what i cannot understand the backer left before the season started so they must have been in the position to control the financial position

The fixtures came out in July so everyone was aware that there were only 2 home games in October . Yes there could have been more if we had drawn a home tie in the cup but we didn’t. Also it shouldn’t be lost that it was rumoured LB was looking elsewhere, he parted on good terms so he must have known for a while what was around the corner. If it came out of the blue his reaction would have been different.

I'm really disappointed. I have had a few days to take this all in. I've had the real mix of emotions and feel gutted, hurt, angry and sad at the current predicament we find ourselves in.
This has split opinion - some are just saying support the team, others want to know why and how!! I will support the club and I'll drop John a message and donate, however why have we got here? I've not heard an apology to the fans yet, just the usual about the elephant in the room. This isn't the first time we've been given the run around by investors, whatever happened to that Abdul character and the annual game against Crowborough. The CIC has needed a relaunch for years, and the marketing strategy for boosting attendances in a simple hashtag. We need to do more, and should have been doing more for years.
We are now recruiting a Part Time Manager - something that hasn't happened since Garry and Nick. It feels like this will cost not only our prospects on the pitch, but our reputation going forward and trust from some elements of support. I hope the Meet the Board is nice and transparent as it needs to be!!

Heart breaking to read this unfold!
Go out and rattle buckets to raise money! Do what ever you need to do!
Been there, with Brentford, when Noades broken beyond repair us over! We were properly in the gutter!
It’s unforgivable the amount of money in football, and the big clubs drew up the drawbridge!
