pleasing to see us get an away point against a team higher than us in the league. Also very pleasing to see us get two goals from our strikers. Hopefully we can turn some of our many draws into a win.

Good point on the road given our injury problems. Hopefully we can kick on although this has been said many times before

A good point away .A late goal given up that's a shame. With the injuries we have a point is welcome .Forwards on scoresheet is nice to see.Still need more of a physical presence in midfield. 1st half was not good didn't threaten much with one up top. A deflected shot summed up the bath attacking force .Our keeper had it covered until it changed direction. Second half more purpose and looked up for the fight .Two good goals and Bath were desperate and lost shape. We are not close to where we want to be but the players look like they are buying into the managers way of playing. We have to find consistency from minute 1 and not go behind beforehand .

Two wins in 11 games is not bying into the manager 6 points from a Possible 15,is not good But today is a very good point away at Bath,I just don’t get it when you turn around and say players are now buying into it now,if we win 3/4 games in a row then we can say we are turning the corner

You question how I think the players are buying into the managers way.We are more structured than the last couple of seasons and at the moment This team is still in its infancy .There is no instant success or a magic formula .Hard work and players working together I believe is the way the squad may not be finished I think next year is when we will challenge. I did state that look after 10 games to see where the team is.The view is we are not where we as fans feel they should be .We want it all now What is a successful season . 15th and above Sussex ? you tell me

Next season ? Lee should be lucky if he see’s out this season he was not given that kind of budget to just stay in the league or around the bottom he was brought to get us in or around the playoffs because we have a playoff budget,so there is your answer. And by the way have you looked at the league table we are 3 points from the bottom 2

Yes I know the league position the bottom half of the league is congested and 2 wins or defeats can change things dramatically. To change Lee so soon would not be good .you keep talking about the budget if we change what money would the new man have to play with.

And what’s that more likely to be, wins or loses going by the first 11 games ? Put players available for loan, many ways to get players out,it’s part of the managers job to be able to change things around,

When you think our 2 wins have come against 2 of the bottom 3 it shows you where our team is at the recruitment over the summer has not been good enough, I have said from 6/7 games ago at best we are win one, lose one, draw one, team and we are not even doing that,at this rate it’s going to be no different if not worst then any other season, the last 8 to be precise,I know some of the board are not happy, but it’s who has the balls to do something about it

Just out of interest, does anyone know if our loanees are available for inclusion in the F A Cup next week. If not we may well have a major problem in defence.

Going by what you have said some teams who were play off material last year are in a worse position than we are only being 1 -2 points clear of us .My point is that our starting position to be a squad wasn't the greatest due to where we finished last year.To rebuild and gain promotion in 1 season would be a miracle a top 10 finish is more realistic and we are only 5 points off that.

Talking rubbish you can build a team and challenge in the same season look at Wealdstone look at Hemel, aswell as welling last season, all new managers, that built there teams and had Instant reward, top ten with the budget we have would be very very poor,we have a budget as good as there’s,it’s that we have not recruited well and they have

Most of this team played last season so I wouldn’t say they are in their infancy. Sussex is spot on you can build a team to challenge the play offs, the truth is we haven’t. Also if this this manager is so good how come not one player joined him from Havant ( Jordan Rose loosely)?

We are judging teams at end of season Welling just above us this season finalists last year Wealdstone just missed out on the play offs now added to squad.improved Chelmsford play offs now struggling The season is not panning out for a lot of sides .Doom and gloom for those who wish the season end now.
