I like the look of this team so far - some speed for a start, back, middle and front
So what's happening to Torres, has he another year left in him - impact sub ?
Ryan Hall, bit inconsistent, needs to stop giving the ball away but on his day excellent
Hamilton, has he another year left in him ?
Sam Howes - good young keeper, has made a couple of mistakes but outweighed by good saves - keep him
Dave Martin - good on his day but again can be inconsistent
Lloyd Dawes - goals dried up a bit at the end but then so did the others - off the bench ?
So - need a winger, 2 centre backs, big forward for Romain to feed off
What do you think ?

I'd like to see Ryan Hall stay, Dawes is to injury prone, Sam Howes has gone to Woking, the others you mention to be honest I'm not sure about!!

If Im allowed an opinion, I’ll give you mine!
Willsy you were right, fans forums are for fans, never done it before, never done it since😜
But I’m here now, and these opinions are mine alone!
Torres, all day long, has he got another year? 😂
Ryan Hall? Like you say good player on his day.... Phones it in a little too much for me!
Hamilton, I can honestly say, I personally didn’t see enough from him to have an opinion. (That’s not detrimental, he just wasn’t fit/available in enough games that I saw last year to form an opinion)
Sam Howes-really good young keeper, I honestly think he’ll be snapped up further up the pyramid. From what I hear, you’re well covered at keeper anyway!
Dave Martin? Same as Hall, great player on his day. For me, he “phoned it in” too often last year
Dawesy! There is 100% a football league player in there. At the moment he is too injury prone (not his fault) needs to make better decisions (I’d give him another year, as long as the budget allows!)

After Torres and Blackmore I would say Briggs if not already signed then that's it no point keeping to many of a squad that wasn't good enough last season make room for some new lads I think we have retained the players we need to now

Need a big, nasty defender and cover in midfield to let Tobi and Kris rampage forward! Not far away, in my opinion

Lee seems to be getting on with it which is good .... if Smudge recons GK is taken care of I agree with him we want a big unit along side KKJ to reduce our weakness at corners and we will need a utility defender to cover the back 4 for cards and injury. Midfield we still need that all action in your face defensive player alongside Kane and Sergio (not Hall i am afraid) and again agree we need a tall robust attacker alongside Elliot. Not sure we need Martin and I like Dawsey but that Hamstring keeps going.
Starting to look good on paper hoping for a more successful season ahead.

It doesn't look much different to last season. No centre half and even if Gardiner does sign he will a need a big guy next to him. Gardiner good in the air and on the ball, but he's no leader. Not sure that Briggs is up to it, he looks like a decent step 4/5 player to me. Martin and Hall should not be considered, they are too inconsistent at this level. Dawes is an enigma, he's like Romain, to get the best out of him the team has to be organised to get the ball to him. Can't see them playing up front together. I'd sign Hamilton, he's reliable and versatile. BUT basically it's looking like the same team more or less MUST get a keeper and centre half.
