Clueless my friend the chairman manage’s the budget not the manager clueless again managers can not sign players contracts either only the chairman of the club or secretary can so poor argument Really it’s up to the person who holds the pursestrings to keep that in check and as for the Chris agutter shout again clueless again what does he know about Confrance south football [sorry but I’ve followed for the last 6 years I would like a young manager with experience at this level & that’s why I would go for Dave Jupp experience at this level with Ebbsfleet

I could not agree more,I would not blame him if he didn’t want to come to us the shabbily way he was treated before, why would he want to leave a club he is flying at to come to a sinking ship

IF, we somehow survive then the sinking ship can refloat . We are now paying the price for the wrong appointment. I took no pleasure in seeing Chairman John's face yesterday after the final whistle, full of pain that a lot of us felt.

Kingy gets my vote for next manager also. We should of appointed him instead of Tommy but TW bullshitted his way in. Whilst Chris A is doing well along the coast at Hastings imo is he anymore clued up than Jaime H was ? If you was Kingy would you leave Welling to join a club who are constantly fighting religation year in year out . Yes Mark Goldberg has reduced the budget but look where they are and where we are ?

Speaking to someone that knows Kingy, if Welling get promoted to the premier he's certain to stay with them as he wants the challenge of that league. Woking are probably favourites to go up via the play offs, so if Welling don't make it, he could be interested with us.

As I understand it Kingy is contracted to Welling for another year, so we would Need to buy his contract out. (Not Cheap )

If, and right now it a very big if, somehow we manage to avoid getting relegated this season, could someone from the board please try speak to a Mr Ian Holloway and just sound him out as to weather he would consider joining us in some sort of managerial capacity. I think, that we might be rather surprised at his response. I personally feel that from our clubs point, if we could get him, he would be a massive asset.

No disrespect lee we are in non league he would not know the level nor the players it’s a niche market as MM has found out we don’t need any risks or big names we need someone that knows this level and can build a team to compete its as simple as that not complicated

Perhaps he has learned his lesson. What I saw Saturday makes me certain that who ever comes in will have to recruit better players and if they are playing at a higher level then they won't want to drop down unless you wave lots of £20 notes to wave at them. If we have a decent season 2019/2020 then we will get the gates up again. In the end I think that most fans (not me) don't care too much about the level we play at, they just want to support a winning team.

The thing is I have been saying for months these players re not good enough Some people were saying keep most of them and add a few IF we want to progress and only IF then most of the team if not all would need to go,if we stay up a BIG if there needs to be massive changes all over the club I for one would love to see us playing Wrexham rather than east Thurrock I can not believe 99% of fans would not love that

The best thing about our current manager is that he has made a new player out of West. He actually puts himself about now. He's always had talent, but never seemed able to do the hardwork and physicality that all midfielders must do. In the chaos on the pitch on Saturday he was the only one that kept his calm and brought the ball down and tried to use it. Wonder what McGhee has done to bring this out of him.

Jay Saunders (Maidstone to Margate during the season) doesn't seem confident that the 'Gate will offer him anything, so he's hinted that he'll be on his bike after the weekend.
