Finally, a post! I know it's the off season, but you could hear a pin drop in here.
Very surprised to see Johnno leave.. Thought he'd be with us a while longer. Best of luck in the future.
Craig Stone looks a a good signing, although he had an injury last season, so it'd be important to do what we can to prevent any reoccurance.

Think you will find what the dickens that the Boro Facebook page has somewhat taken over from the forum. I thought as much. A little sad though, as not everyone likes (no pun intended) Facebook or has it. It'd be nice if the forum didn't completely peter out.

Keith I think its because there were too many people hiding behind pseydonym's making stupid comments and this doesn't happen on Facebook and you know who you are talking to

Some people, myself included, actually prefer operating under a pseudonym in a world where privacy is slowly being eroded. It's nice to just have a say without having to disclose personal information. Most of us remain civil too.

Real shame to see Johno depart but as is the nature of the beast in this world of football, players want a new challenge from time to time and if it fits in better with his job, who can blame him. Thanks for the memories johno and best of luck at Maidstone (bar the games against us of course).
The new signing seems a good prospect, plenty of experience and at the prime age of 26 should prove to be a good signature.

Yup that's is how I read it.Mat Aldred has gone abroad and Lovett is now Academy manager at Lewes.Johno we now know about and the other guy was released for "a variety of reasons".If the rumour mill is to be believed there are more to come and possibly two that we have seen before!

There is also McCallum missing from that list and Collier I don't think has actually signed yet. Aldred is playing for Chatternooga in America

At the presentation evening, Tommy said every 1st team player that was there that night had been offered a deal for next season. Pacman and McCallum were there that night.

I'm not sure we signed him as such and thought he was with us on some sort of work experience but I might be completely wrong on that.I think he was on the bench for the last couple of games and I think he featured in an Academy game.
