Now then, pay attention at the back. If you do listen in this afternoon, you will hear me give a little promo to Trig's (Colin's) fundraising. Here's what he has said on the other thread: Hi folks, I'll start this post in here but it may get moved to misc section at some point. I know you all gave so generously last year but i'm being cheeky and asking again. This year i'm upping the challenge and taking on my first Full Marathon in Brighton on April 12th and will be running Eastbourne and Hastings Half marathons in build up. In another twist on last time, i'm raising for 2 charities this year, local charity Children With Cancer Fund in Polegate and National Charity Max Appeal UK, 2 causes close to my heart. Please visit the pages and donate whatever you can, a little goes a long long way and please feel free to share this link. www.justgiving.com/teams/CWCF22Q Text donations can also be made by sending..... "CWCF83 £?" or "MAXQ83 £?" To 70070
A huge thankyou in advance, Colin aka Trigger from the club shop. So here's the deal. As a select few people know, I draw my OAPension from tomorrow, so I'll be rather flush with cash. For every goal scored in today's match, I plan to text a quid to Colin's "Children with Cancer" appeal (I've focused on that one and not the Max Appeal just to keep it simpler, but I know that "other charities are available"). [be] You are very welcome to join me[/be]. I will text at the final whistle - as above "CWCF83 £?" to 70070 . If Farnborough play true to their recent form, the game will cost me 11 quid... But if ten of us pitch in, assuming it isn't a 0-0 draw, we might raise £50 or so. (I will be plugging the appeal during commentary, so I hope the BBC won't censor me. In fact, if you're supporting the cause, let the Saturday Sport show know on @bbcsussexsport or text 81333 starting your message with the word Radio. We might drum extra donors that way!)

What do you all expect if the manager chooses to play a tight head prop as our centre forward? I have recently lost all the respect and faith I had in him after his comments posted in the herald and on the Farnborough website.I think its time for him to move on!

Sadly, have to agree with striker. TW has had plenty of time to put his master plan into place. If this is it, please take it elsewhere. He seems to be in denial when interviewed and all the time we slide down the table.

I'm far from happy with the situation, but with regard to the articles you mention, I don't honestly see what issue you take at a manager defending his players. I'm sure TW is aware of the fact that things aren't bright and rosey but I personally think that his restraining from pointing the finger at certain players is commendable.. I think actually, he'd be the first to admit that he hasn't achieved what he wanted to this season and doesn't want to push the blame onto others.
