With FA Cup fever hitting Priory Lane this Saturday, there is the small matter of the cups younger brother coming to Eastbourne this Tuesday night when our Academy Reds begin the glory trail... With no Champions League on the TV, what better way to spend the evening than getting behinds Jay's 2nd year scholars and give them some well deserved vocal support KO 7.45

It is a shame there is no mention of todays Academy game in the junior FA Cup in todays Gazette.   |

Good start to FA Cup week ,a hard game against a committed Ramsgate team that never gave up ,Bown scored the first before half time and we hoped it would lead to more but the visitors had other thoughts and came at Boro in the 2nd half ,got a bit rugged and 4 yellow cards and one red (for a 2 yellow ) were showed to Ramsgate ,3 for fouls on Taylor who was a constant threat ,Bown scored an absolutely superb 2nd goal shortly before the end ,as they say worth the price of admission on it's own ,onto the next round ,same from the Ist team on Saturday ,please !
