Well as I understand it Elliott Levy has left the club ,having "given up football".If I was a betting man I would put money on us signing Stacey Long anElliot Charles .I understand that we are still looking for a central defender and like the fellow that played at Hastings; ex Palace I think, and that we are still seeking "a hard man " to play in midfield .Pure speculation on my part though .

Thanks for the reply! With the eerie silence surrounding the club recently any tips are appreciated, even if speculative! A few more additions wouldn't go amiss if we're to build on last seasons success. Interesting regarding Elliott Levy - I was under the impression he'd signed a new contract? So it must be a spur of the moment thing..

IMO
I think the lack of response is due to that the team looks no where near as strong as it did this time last year, and we all hope this will change?

I believe the silence lately around the out of date club web-site is not good for the supporter base. Information keeps us interested and ready for the opening games of the season.

I am not getting at anybody at the club but it just seems a shame we are missing pre-season info'. It is the supporters who help boroughs finances.

I just hope the squad gels in time and matches the performances of last season if not improves it. Remember what happened last time we got a whole new team in? We were lucky to stay up, I hope TW has got it right otherwise we're in trouble. However, I have faith in TW and have done since day 1! Onwards and Upwards! COYR!

We'll see.. Think it's a bit too early to start writing our season off, the squad isn't even finalised yet.

We'll see.. Think it's a bit too early to start writing our season off, the squad isn't even finalised yet. I absolutely agree, last season we lost games because we were outmuscled and a bit naieve in the midfield also we lost a good midfielder for a good percentage of games because of injury. Tommy has obviously addressed this, despite players leaving the club, they are no big loss to me. From what I have seen so far, we are looking ok. Mc Callum loks a really good signing, astute, holds the ball well and his awareness is spot on, the keeper is better than craig ross IMO, and we still have aldred who is going to be some player when he improves his passing, strong, skillful and deffo no shrinking violet. If you look at the players that have asked for trials, well some of them are pretty good, hamilton was good for us..hope he has signed, and the academy players coming through will easily slot in...and there is pacquette, strong dependable and very experienced. tough opener but i think we will easily match last season

And don't forget we have Charlie Losasso who we have not seen much yet since he got clattered against United.A creative mid field player who I think is seen as giving us what Sheps did.No sure when he's back though.
