It seems a bit odd that Salisbury City have until 5pm the same day to pay the £50,000 bond or they will be expelled from the league. Common sense would say wait until after this to see who were in the league !!!!
Maybe they know something we don't

Exactly, John. By all accounts Tonbridge are preparing for life in Ryman Premier, so seem to accept they won't be reinstated; I'm sure I read that we will run with 21 teams, not 22, if Salisbury go, although their mysterious "owner" seems to have found some new co-investors.

Yeah its all set in stone now that tonbridge will be playing ryman next year and if salisbury go we'll have a free weekend or two with one less side in the league

Quite a different mood to barely 6 weeks ago.. www.yourvalleynews.co.uk/featured/stable-base-is-future-key-says-new-city-owners/Hmmm.. Rushed into a bad decision by money problems? This line in particular seems to sum up the pie in the sky ideas that many at this level promote: “Long term, there is massive potential, and I’ve begun to build up a relationship with the landowners. Who knows, we could even build a new stadium!” he hinted.

Should know an answer by tomorrow, although salisbury are having difficulty contacting Touzar.... Great way to run a club.

The 6th September happens to be Non-league day this year.

I guess that, if successful, they'll return part-way through the season as Chester did some years ago while sorting out their Stephen Vaughan issues - or it might have been Barrow: Vaughan "did" them as well, (allegedly).

Makes me laugh that when you go on the website and click 1st team and fixtures it still comes up with 2013/14 really is poor, Yes they have placed them on the website but its now pre-season of the new season and not been updated really is poor from the club.
